Melody has been described as a “running phenomenon.” Now a Masters athlete, Melody burst onto the scene as a Boulder-based high school athlete, winning the BolderBoulder citizens race three times, and becoming the first female high school athlete in the US to run under 10 minutes for 2 miles. She has also been described as the greatest high school distance runner in US history, a description that others have come close to breaking without surpassing Melody’s achievements. Her fastest time for the 1990 National XC title still stands, 25 years after she set the mark. Read more

Joseph is one of those rare athletes that are successful and dominant across multiple disciplines, including road, cross-country, as well as trails, mountains, and skyrunning.  He is a three-time US Mountain Running Champion, the first African American athlete to win the title. He has represented Team USA 19 times over 7 years, and has a deep sense of gratitude for the running gift he has been given, and how this gift has helped him change his life.  Read more

Sage was a Hanson-Brooks Distance Project athlete, and is a three-time Olympic Trials Qualifier at the marathon. Recently he changed from roads to MUT running (Mountain Ultra Trail), achieving instant success, wining multiple races, and representing Team USA. At the 2014 Pikes Peak Ascent, he became World Mountain Running Long Distance Challenge Champion, leading Team USA to a team Gold Medal. He shares all his training on Strava, and also has a huge following on his YouTube channel, with weekly training videos. Read more
